We are now looking for you who dreams of becoming a real estate agent!

TRAINING PROGRAM: We offer you the chance to realize your dream of becoming a Real Estate Agent through 18 intensive, enriching, and memorable months. Alongside the training, you will complete an internship at our real estate office in Visby.

The training consists of full-time studies amounting to 120 credits (spread over 18 months). It provides the theoretical knowledge that allows you to apply to FMI for registration as a real estate agent after graduation. The training program is offered through FEI and KTH. 

The education is conducted remotely, and lectures, etc., take place via link. Exams are held at KTH in Stockholm, but there is an option to apply to take the exam closer to your home.

We offer part-time work in the real estate office by agreement.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We are looking for someone who has a strong ability to create and maintain customer relationships, is team-oriented, and has a genuine interest in service and sales. You are driven, have a natural talent for understanding and meeting customer needs, and see the value in building long-term connections. The work as an agent is both fantastic and challenging, and the role requires a high level of responsibility, flexibility, and initiative. It is important to us that you are a team player who is passionate about performing and achieving your goals while being a supportive colleague who wants to contribute to a winning team.

To succeed in the role, we see that you:

• Live in Gotland and have good local knowledge
• Preferably have work experience in proactive sales
• Preferably have work experience in service and customer contact
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement

ABOUT THE TRAINING At the start of the training, you will work alongside your studies one day a week in our real estate office in Visby. After completing your studies, you will work at our office in Visby, which finances your education.

The training is a commissioned education, which means it is not eligible for CSN, but you will be employed during your studies with us. 

A background check will be conducted in all recruitment processes.

YOUR APPLICATION Svensk Fastighetsförmedling's commissioned education is a program that leads to future employment, therefore the recruitment process is conducted on the same premises as a traditional employment. You will receive more information about the process as it progresses.
